Across the US, the average monthly rent for a mobile home is $380. The price in your area depends on population and park features. A significant difference between RVs and mobile homes is in the plumbing.

If you’re not mechanically inclined, a Class A motorhome might not be the right choice for you. RVs are more mobile and have wheels and axles so they can be moved easily.
